About ME.

I have always been passionate about self-development, growth and change which led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Specialization in Psychology and then my Master of Social Work degree.  Building a holistic and balanced life, for myself, has helped me overcome my own physical and mental health challenges and I am dedicated to helping others do the same.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling, cooking, reading, meditating, running, and being outdoors. You can often find me going for hikes, bike rides, or camping during my time off.

My APPROACH.

Through a holistic approach, I support individuals in developing the necessary tools and skills needed to overcome their mental and physical health symptoms and addiction challenges by exploring the many areas of their life. In our sessions, I work with individuals to develop goals, deepen their self-awareness and develop new coping skills so that they can overcome life's challenges and live a more balanced and authentic life.  I utilize an eclectic approach which allows me to draw on techniques from various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I also utilize a Strengths-Based, Trauma-Informed, Mindful and Anti-oppressive approach to ensure an individual's needs are met.  I am an ally of the  LGBTQ+  and welcome all to my practice.
