To everyone else,  it looks like you have it “all together” but inside, you feel anxious and overwhelmed.  I  get it and can relate, having experienced high-functioning anxiety myself. 

I work with high-achieving anxious millennials and teens who are tired of overthinking, self-doubting, battling perfectionism and chronically pleasing others.  I often support individuals who are tired of feeling anxious and overwhelmed and want to feel calmer and more confident!

During your therapy sessions, we will work to uncover the sources of your anxiety, identify your main triggers and work together to understand how your thoughts and behaviours contribute to your anxiety, chronic worry, and other struggles. We will work to identify your goals and start implementing healthier ways of thinking and coping to help you achieve more calmness,  confidence, and happiness. We may also explore how your earlier experiences contribute to how you see yourself and the world around you.

DBT Therapist for Anxiety

What Happens Next?

The first step in working together is booking a FREE 15-minute consultation.

During this call, we will discuss your goals for therapy, and if we are a good fit. I will share more about my approach, style, and philosophy.

If we are a good fit we will schedule an initial 50-minute or 90-minute session. 

What Is Your Fee?

I charge $170 for 50-minute sessions. I do not provide direct billing but will provide you with a receipt so you can submit the proper paperwork to your insurance. You can pay me directly via credit card or debit card.

Virtual Anxiety DBT Group

This is an 8-week virtual DBT skills group for those struggling with mild anxiety symptoms.

This weekly 2-hour group will teach you tangible skills that will help you more effectively manage your anxiety symptoms and improve your relationships with others.

This group is also a great opportunity to connect with other individuals who get it. 

This group runs multiple times a year based on enrollment numbers.
