What is The Thriving Beyond Anxiety Group Program?
This 12-week transformative group program is designed specifically for millennials struggling with anxiety. Through weekly group calls and self-paced, asynchronous learning, you’ll learn how to manage your anxiety symptoms, build inner confidence, connect with your core values, strengthen your relationships, better understand your needs and find balance in your work and personal life.
This program is designed to reduce anxiety and help you thrive in all aspects of life — from your career to your relationships and everything in between.

What's Included:
Weekly Group Sessions
You will join a supportive community of like-minded individuals every week for guided discussions, hands-on strategies, and real-time feedback. Each call is designed to provide a safe space where you can share experiences within the program, receive support, and gain insights on overcoming anxiety.
Asynchronous Learning
Access on-demand lessons and materials that you can work through at your own pace. These lessons cover topics like coping with anxiety symptoms, building self-awareness, and aligning your life with your values. You’ll be able to implement what you learn immediately and track your growth throughout the program.
These lessons are based on evidence-based practices incorporating principles of CBT, DBT, ACT & Psychodynamic Therapy.
1-1 Personalized Support
Throughout the program, you will have three 1-1 sessions to connect with a registered social worker to ensure you receive personalized guidance throughout your journey.
Life-Time Access
you’ll receive lifetime access to all the course materials, including the learning modules, resources, and exercises. You will also have access to any updates to the course. This means you can revisit the tools and strategies anytime you need them, whether it’s months or even years after the program.
