1-1 Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy Services
In these one-on-one 50-minute sessions, we will dive deep into the root causes of your difficulties . We will explore aspects of your life, your relationships and the world around you. This insight can empower you to make different choices in your life or help you better understand yourself and your needs.
I tailor each session to your unique needs, combining different therapeutic techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
This personalized approach will help you develop practical coping strategies, navigate distress, and improve relationships.

DBT Group Therapy
This 8-week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is designed for individuals aged 18+ who are struggling with emotion dysregulation, distress intolerance, and relationship challenges.
It’s especially helpful for those who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, react impulsively, or have difficulty managing stress and interpersonal conflicts. If you find it hard to cope with intense emotions and want to build healthier relationships with yourself and others, this group would be a great fit for you.
In this group, you’ll learn and practice DBT skills to help you regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, strengthen your relationships, assert your needs in effective ways and be more present in your everyday life. You’ll gain tools for improving your communication and relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating challenges with greater ease.
The group setting offers a supportive environment where you can share experiences, learn from others, and practice these skills in a real-world context.
By the end of the program, you’ll have a toolkit of practical strategies to handle difficult emotions, confidently respond in stressful situations, assert your needs and set boundaries, manage conflict, and improve the quality of your life.
